A month ago, Motel Motel played an anniversary show for Music Snobbery at Maxwells. It was one of the very few times I’ve missed Motel Motel play live, but luckily NYC Taper was there to capture the performance in audio form. The quality of the recording is really strong, and you really need to do yourself a favor and download the performance, especially for the band’s incredible new songs which create further evidence that Motel Motel is possibly the best young band in New York City.
